  • 5.7 16-02-2024
    • We introduced a new component: Key figures. With this component you can compare key figures of the current year to the previous year.
    • The interface of the table component in the CMS has been cleaned up. Many fields have been moved to the styling tab.
    • Table font size can now be set at once for all the tables in 1 report.
    • The Highlighted blocks now have icon support. These blocks can also be given their own background colour and text colour.
    • KPI blocks can be given their own background colour and text colour.
    • Texts in paragraphs can now be aligned right, centered or justified (in addition to the standard left alignment).
    • Gridlines in graphs can now be optionally turned on or off.
    • The YouTube component now also support YouTube Shorts.
    • The size of icons in the matrix table can now be set.
    • The legend of a matrix table can now also be hidden.
    • The legend of the "Image with markers" component is now displayed more compactly in the PDF.
    • A separate logo specifically for the cover in the PDF can be selected in the CMS.
    • A background color can now be set for the header and footer in the PDF.
    • A notification is now given in the CMS when a static PDF has not yet been added to a published report.
  • 5.6 22-01-2024
    • In the CMS you can now see how many graphs and tables are linked to an source file.
    • Links from an Excel file can now be read.
    • In addition to being displayed as a tooltip, the notes in an Excel file can also be displayed as a footer text.
    • It has now become even easier to set table column widths so that the tables in a chapter align neatly with each other.
    • The font size and colour of the quote is now adjustable (styling module).
    • It is now possible to add a watermark to the PDF (styling module).
  • 5.5 11-12-2023
    • You can compare the contents of chapters between two dates. This can be used for example to see which changes have been made after the first check of the accountant.
    • From this version onwards, it is also possible to make a publication uneditable in the CMS, thereby better preventing unwanted alterations being made later.
    • The colour scheme of the data and visualisation module can now be applied to tables as well as graphs.
    • The pie chart can now also be displayed as a doughnut chart.
    • In addition to 1-, 2-, and 3-column layouts for the PDF, it can now also be displayed in 4 columns.
    • The width of the image in the 'Paragraph with Image' component can now be adjusted.

    • Component can now also have a width of 33%.

    • In the PDF it is now possible to add an image without margin on the left or right side of the PDF page.
    • You can now choose to apply a lay-out/template to a content page.
    • Components can be animated when visible on the screen (while scrolling).
    • If your project is multilingual, the language selection in the right menu can be activated or hidden per publication.
    • It is now possible to show a second header or footer in the PDF.
    • On a content page you can now add an icon in front of the title.

    • Images are served in WebP format. This reduces the file size of images and increases the page speed.
    • A new component has been added: Goals. With this component you can show your progress on defined goals.
    • The dashboard in the CMS now shows a clear overview of your favourite and new publications and quick links to several modules.
    • In a Text component you can now highlight parts of the text.
    • Values in a Graph can now be calculated/shown in percentages.
    • In the Image With Markers component you can now use an icon as a marker.
    • In a Table component you can add a text under the table.
    • You can now make a PDF-preview per chapter (only when logged in in the CMS)
    • There are more settings added to influence the behaviour of components in the columns in the PDF.
    • The PDF now has a digital accessible index, which is WCAG compliant.
    • A lot of extra new lay-out settings added to the Styling per Publication plan.
  • 5.1 14-09-2023
    • New features within the “Styling per publication” plan:
      • The quote component can now also be displayed in a bold variant.
      • You can change the font size of table headers.
      • You can change the font size of a number in a KPI component.
      • The width of a KPI component can be adjusted.
      • You can set the number of columns for the KPI’s.
      • The margin of the PDF can be set per publication.
    • In a section component you can now also add KPI’s.
  • 5.0 21-08-2023
    • The old Twitter logo has been replaced with the X logo in the share buttons that can be accessed from the menu on the right.
    • There are a lot of new extra icons available in the KPI and paragraph components.
    • To clarify what certain fields in de the CMS do, icons have been added.
    • If you have the "styling per publication" feature, you can now adjust various layout settings for the table of contents of the PDF. 
    • If you have the "styling per publication" feature, you have the option to divide the content of the PDF into 2 or 3 columns.
  • 4.1 28-07-2023
    • The PDF can now also be rendered in A4 landscape format in addition to A4 portrait. This feature is only available when the styling module is part of your package.
    • The "Matrix table" component now supports source files so that the data can be read from an Excel file.
    • The latest publications and favorite publications are now shown in the dashboard of the CMS.
    • The column and bar charts now have support to show the values in percentages.
  • 4.0 30-06-2023
    • The chart component contains a new chart type: column chart with line.
    • A chart can now also contain a forecast where columns or the line are shown dotted.
    • There is a new "White Space" component: which you can use to add extra space between components.
    • There is a new "Section" component. It allows you to divide components into columns, both online and in the PDF.
    • Components which have an alignment option (like images) can now be aligned to the margin in addition to left, center and right.
    • The title and subtitle on the homepage and a chapter page can now be hidden. This way more emphasis can be given on the image.
    • A couple of components have several styling options (like texts, tables, graphs etc). These options are now placed in a separate tab.
    • Publications can be given a separate ‘titel in CMS’. This way you can easily find the right report when you publish different reports with the same title.
    • In a graph component you can now add an introductory text.
    • In an image component you can now add a title.
    • In KPI components you can break off long words to prevent texts in the KPI from running over another KPI.
    • In a Paragraph component you can now choose to divide the text in of this paragraph in 2 or 3 columns (only for the PDF).
    • The chart component now has an option to hide empty values from Excel so that they are not shown as a line or column in the chart.
    • Icon selection for the paragraph and KPI components has been improved. Where you previously had to choose from a list of names, the icons are now graphically displayed.
    • The legend for graphs is slightly more compact so that it takes up less space compared to the graph itself.
  • 3.19 06-06-2023
    • Clearing cache for the source files has been optimised. This makes the data of tables and graphs more accurate
    • We added a new component: the matrix table.
    • You can add a footer menu to the Homepage (with the overview of publications) and add pages to the footer menu.
    • Adding the share buttons or the link to homepage in the right menu is now done the same way you add the other items to the right menu (instead of using a checkbox on the publication page in the CMS).
    • An iframe component can now be added to the content container.
  • 3.18 05-05-2023
    • A new page type ‘PDF page’ as been introduced, which you can add under a Chapter page. This allows you to add a PDF file in the PDF version of your report.
    • The table and graph components can now recognize Named ranges in Excel. This allows you to select a named range instead of making a manual selection. When the range in your Excel file changes, the change will be automatically visible in your report when you upload the new Excel file.
    • The page margin can be adjusted up to 40 mm. This used to be 20 mm.
    • Table cells that have a white background  colour in Excel will be shown with a transparent background in the CMS.
    • All items in the table of content in the PDF are now hyperlinks which allow you to go directly to the selected chapter.
    • When you replace an Excel file the CMS gives you a warning when the file name of your new file is different from the old file name.
    • The search scope of a publication is now automatically limited to within the publication.

    • The reports on the homepage can be displayed in 3 columns.
    • The reports on the homepage can be divided into categories.
    • In the CMS you can add serval folders under ‘Publications’. This allows you to categorise and/or to archive your reports.
  • 3.16 29-03-2023
    • Notes in Excel files can now be read in a table component. You can show these notes in your report by checking the box "Show comments from Excel file".
    • You can now select Named ranges in table and graph components. This prevents a custom range from causing incorrect cell selection when re-uploading an Excel file.
    • You can now adjust the styling of the homepage with the overview of all the reports (only available when you have the “styling per report” module.
    • Terms from the glossary will not be displayed over multiple pages in the PDF. In addition, it is also possible to let every letter from the glossary start on a new page.
    • A new "Signature" component has been added to the standard pages. In this component, the following fields "Name", "Position", "Date" and "Place" can be filled in. These fields can be pre-filled in the CMS or left blank so that they must be signed into the document. The signature will only be shown in the PDF.
    • It is now also possible to make up the text in the header and footer in the PDF. You can make text bold or italics, add links and add a line break. Useful for, for example, adding address details.

    • You can set up the styling per report. This allows you to use different colours and logos per report. Are you interested in using this feature? Contact our support department via support@iwink.nl
    • On the homepage of a report there already was an option to add ‘highlighted blocks top’ and ‘highlighted blocks bottom’. You can now add the highlighted blocks to the Content section as well.
    • You can adjust the position of the header, page numbers and logo in the PDF per report.
    • In the CMS you can add a modal (pop-up) to a report to inform a visitor about the content of the report. The visitor can then choose to continue reading the report or go back to the overview page.
    • You can now add Vimeo videos to your report.
    • Reports on the overview page can be displayed without an image.

    • The component “Image comparison” is now available in Reporting. With this component you can compare 2 images, for example an old and new situation.
    • On the homepage with the overview of all publications we have added a link to an RSS-feed with all the reports that are publicly available. You find this link in the footer on the left side.
    • It is now possible to hide the share buttons in the right menu
    • You can add a QR-code in the PDF:
      • With the checkbox on the front page of a publication. When this box is checked, a QR code will added to the cover of the PDF..
      • With a QR component. This component allows you to generate a QR code for the whole publicaties, a specific chapter, one page or another chosen url.
    • On the front page of a publication you can now add a graph or tabel.
    • Several bug fixes and optimisations.
  • 3.13 13-01-2023
    • Chapter numbers and subchapter numbers are now visible in the page tree in the CMS.
    • The height of diagrams for the web version can now be adjusted in the CMS (in the properties settings of the "Chart" component).
    • A counter is now visible at the introduction field in the CMS to prevent too much text being placed here.
    • Indentation of the subpages in the main menu has been improved in the online version.
  • 3.12 08-12-2022
    • Pages in a chapter can be displayed as single pages. This allows you to present the content more clearly and the page will load faster.
    • The login button has been moved from the top to the bottom of the page, because it is not necessary to have the button at such a prominent place.
    • Hidden reports can be devided into groups. You can give users access to one or more groups. 
    • Components within the Content-section have been merged, to make it easier to find the right component and to reduce the amount of components by deleting the ones which do more or less the same thing.
    • When you use a new a source file, the system first has to built up the cache for the pages where this file is being used. During this process a notification will appear on the front page saying that the data is nog available yet. The content of tables and graphs will not be visible at that moment. The notification will disappear after a few minutes.

    • Important files can be added to a specific report. This way you prevent using a file in 2 reports and making changes in the wrong report. This is especially useful for financial statements.
    • Hidden reports can be viewed with a user account instead of a shared password.
    • Downloading a PDF document is a lot quicker. From several minutes in the past to less than a minute per report now.
    • You can make a PDF export of individual chapters, making the download process even faster.
    • Placeholders can be set per report.
    • An alternative lay-out for the featured items and KPI's on the home page and the chapter pages.

    In Reporting version 3 you can have multiple reports in 1 online environment.

    • When you add a new report, the basis menu structure will automatically be added.
    • A report automatically gets its own folder in Media, so that you can save your files per report.
    • We introduced the library where you can add content which will be used in multiple reports.
    • These is an overview page where all the reports are displayed.
    • You can add static reports (e.g. PDF files).
    • You can add extra downloads to the download page of your report.
    • The lay-out of the chart meter is now also correct in the PDF.
